The public is being given the chance to ‘Come and Try’ Probus next week as part of the Flourishing on the Fleurieu Festival.
The Granite Island Probus Club will be celebrating with a “Come & Try Probus” event on Wednesday, September 26.
Probus Clubs across Australia exist to provide friendship, fellowship and fun to retirees across Australia.
The Granite Island Probus is a mixed gender club and invite seniors in the Victor Harbor area to join them at a “Come & Try” meeting at Carrickalinga House from 9.45am for a 10am start.
The speakers at this meeting will be:
- Stewart Leggett who will talk on “Never, Never Give Up”, and
- Sandy Canale the Ombudsman for Energy & Water SA.
